What to include in your message
To help us resolve things on the first reply, include your order number, the email you used at checkout, and a short description of what you need. For a return or refund request, mention the date you ordered so we can confirm you are inside the 60-day window. For a product or batch question, keep the lot code from your bottle handy so we can check it against the authorized 2026 batch on the verification page.
