Horse Boost ships from the United States, fast and tracked. Here is exactly what to expect after you order.
Processing and delivery
Orders are packed and dispatched within one business day of payment. Average delivery within the contiguous United States is 3 to 6 business days from dispatch. Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories may take a little longer.
Shipping costs
- 2-bottle pack: a flat $9.99 shipping fee.
- 4-bottle and 8-bottle packs: free U.S. shipping.
Every order ships from the authorized 2026 production batch verified on our verification page.
Tracking your order
Once your order ships, we email a tracking number to the address used at checkout. If you have not received tracking within two business days, check your spam folder and then contact support and we will resend it.
Where we ship
Horse Boost currently ships within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. Because the product is sold exclusively through this portal, ordering here is the only way to receive a genuine, in-date bottle.
Returns and refunds
Horse Boost is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee. To start a return, contact support within 60 days of purchase and we will provide the returns address (Welbeck Fulfillment, Langhorne, PA). Send back any unused or partially used bottles, and we will refund the purchase price once the return is on its way. Shipping charges are not refundable. Damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email [email protected] with your order number and a photo within 7 days of delivery, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.
