This refund policy applies to Horse Boost purchases made through this official portal, buyhorseboost.com, operated by Welbeck Vitality, Inc. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. The 60-day money-back window
You may request a refund of the product purchase price within 60 calendar days of the original order date. Because the formula is designed to work gradually, we ask that you use it daily for at least 30 days before deciding, though this is a request, not a condition of the refund.
2. What qualifies
Refunds are available to the original purchaser for orders placed on buyhorseboost.com. Both opened and unopened bottles from the order may be returned. We do not require that a product be unused, only that the request falls within the 60-day window.
3. How to request a refund
Email [email protected] or call (203) 794-0185 within the 60-day window. Include your order number and the email used at checkout. Our team will confirm your request and provide the returns address. Please do not ship a return before contacting us, so we can log it correctly.
4. Returns
Send the bottles from your order, including empties, to the returns address we provide (Welbeck Fulfillment, Langhorne, PA). You are responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked method, as we cannot process a refund for a return we never receive.
5. Refund processing
Once your return is in transit or received, we process the refund of the product purchase price to your original payment method. Refunds typically appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
6. Shipping charges
The 60-day guarantee covers the product purchase price only. Original shipping fees (for example, the $9.99 charge on the 2-bottle pack) and return shipping costs are not refundable.
7. Exclusions
This policy does not cover products purchased from any source other than buyhorseboost.com. Horse Boost is not sold through Amazon, eBay, Walmart, or retail pharmacies, and we cannot refund or verify products bought from unauthorized sellers. One refunded guarantee claim per household applies to repeat orders of the same product.
8. Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact [email protected] within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
